- Display Hub does not accept any returns unless the product is faulty.
- Customer should inspect delivered goods and notify us of any defects, damages or non-compliance as per specification within 7 days of receipt of goods
- If you do not notify us within 7 days, you are deemed to have accepted the goods. Display Hub has the right to refuse the claim.
- Display Hub will not accept any returns that have been altered or used.
- Display Hub will not take any responsible for work done by third party. After the installation has been taken by third parties, Display Hub may not accept claims for the goods
- Display Hub is not responsible for any materials used or installed that do not meet the usage guidelines where a full and clear description was not provided by the client.
- To the extent permitted by law, liability for breach of any implied terms or conditions will be limited to any one of the following as determined by Display Hub
(a) the replacement of Goods supplied by Display Hub or the supply of equivalent Goods; or
(b) the payment of the cost of replacing Goods supplied by Display Hub or of acquiring equivalent Goods.
